Accounts

When you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the site or other members' data.

Content

Competition results, news, and photos are published for the club community. If a photo of you is published and you'd like it removed, contact us.

Payments & sessions

• Casual play is pre-paid in time blocks and valid on the day of purchase; your time starts when payment completes.
• Members receive 2 free hours per day, counted from when they check in at the venue; extra time can be purchased while checked in.
• A member may bring guests for a per-guest fee, valid for that day's visit.
• All prices are shown in Australian dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Venue entry

Table tennis is a physical activity — play within your own ability and follow staff directions and venue rules. Entry may be refused or revoked for unsafe or disruptive behaviour (with unused paid time refunded). Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Disclaimer & liability

The site is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.
